InTown Suites Extended Stay Atlanta GA - Willow Trail

I received a message from the hotel instructing me to arrive before the hotel closed. I arrived before closing as instructed, but I was still charged an additional $54.59 fee. Very disappointing.

The ease of booking as simple as logging in to Booking.com and finding the availabilities and upon seeing there were it was then a few taps . The front desk staff were quite friendly helpful and courteous. The only downside is because it is in a hotel format there is no guaranteed parking in front of your door. But besides that my experience has been an awesome one and my wife and I will be using Booking. com exclusively. The proximity to local eateries and shopping centers as well as the interstate.

The staff are very attentive to taking care of your needs and making you feel at home. It was difficult for delivery sometimes but not all the time. The office will contact you if they go to the wrong building.

Price location were good Towels were thin no linen exchange but weekly things like toilet paper you had to replace

I didn’t like anything about this property! The pictures shown were very misleading! Looked nothing like description shown on this app. There were human waste and dried blood on the bathroom walls. The floors were filthy as if they mopped with dirty water my socks were black!

Your employee Mr. John was Very unprofessional & prejudice the room I was give 107 was given with a working shower I sat for a week patiently with no shower until he decided to call city maintenance & then on top of that. Chaos he sent me a voicemail telling me he did want me on the property Anymore a day before my actual stay is up an tell me I have leave early an I continued to ask why he told I don’t have tell you a answer I don’t have one then walked off an slammed the door in my face & i also have this on video . & I plan on using it this guy need to be terminated immediately the highest rate of unprofessionalism & disrespect is a disgrace. Updated room!..I left this property a great review on Google day 2 of our stay then all Hell poured out from there after! There was a first 48hr situation after day 2!of stay My husband is disabled veteran whose ptsd was triggered from 2 nights of gunfire about 20 rounds each night! It was like Jerry Springer show there place reeked with Urine feces all the time even after the fabuloso cover ups! They did manage to pressure wash the building but failed to keep the Rif raf drama away! All I can say is we never got any rest at this place and we also had to let Orkin man into spray with no evidence of bugs on a 24/hr notice that was left on our door!..
