Sofa bed needs new mattress. Make sure sheets from previous guest is removed from the sofa bed.

The staff was friendly and helpful. However, the hallways and elevators aren't very clean and the property appears to be very dated. The lighting in the room is inadequate. Had to turn on everything to have even a reasonable amount of light.

Room comfortable, very neat. The location of my room was excellent for me. The breakfast was satisfying and the dining area was well kept. The front desk actually called to see if we were comfortable. The pillows weren’t very comfortable. Sorry!

The management was very helpful when we needed to extend our stay. Unfortunately, the rooms we were in were not available, however, the staff accomodated us with rooms that were as close to what we had as possible. They extended our checkout time and made one of the new rooms available early so we could make a smooth transition. We will stay here again because we have family we visit in the area.

It is a great room. There is lots of room. There was a stain on the floor near the end of the bed. I accidentally stepped on it and it was sticky. No telling how long it's been there. Breakfast was good the first day. On Monday, the breakfast was supposed to open at 6:30. It wasn't ready. Eventually there was enough that I could put together something for breakfast.
