If working out doesn't interest you but you enjoy buffet breakfasts, then look no further. It was included in the cost of the room and it was comparable to an inclusive resort. They had a ridculous amount of fresh fruit, omelet stations, french toast, grits, pancakes and so much more. Everything I ate was good but my favorite was the overnight oats. I was surprised by the quality and variety since it was included with the room. The cashier was very sweet as she took time to explain all of the offerings. Parking is easy and you know it's safe since this is a federal building as it's the USPS training center. The rooms are very, very modest and the bathroom is small but everything was clean and the AC worked well. The room decor is very 80s so it's not going to impress since it's a government building but the bed was comfortable and I didn't have wifi issues.

One of the finest hotels to stay at, our room was excellent. The breakfast is not like other hotels, so much more of a selection, they will make the eggs the way you like them, large fruit selection, potatoes, bacon, sasuage, and plenty of bread items including cinnamon rolls, all freshly made and delicious coffee, tea, juice and milk. The BEST breakfast youll ever have. The staff is very professional, polite and friendly. Nothing to add

Return stay for us. We checked in late in the evening, and the staff was quick, super friendly and helpful. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, and the size of the bathroom is great when you have 3 girls getting ready together. Breakfast is one of the biggest draws for us, and it didn’t disappoint. We will definitely continue using NCED as our home base in Norman!

Everything was clean and staff was helpful. Breakfast was excellent! It’s been a while since I stayed here (7 years approximately) and it’s definitely time for some updates. If you are good with out of date but very well maintained decor, then this hotel is perfect!

Love this place with recreation center and huge pool. Of course the large breakfast buffet is amazing!

Breakfast was so good. I was satisfied! Shower booth was open style, so shower water was splashed out of booth.

Upon arrival at the front desk, I was greeted with a welcoming salutation. Check-in was quick and easy. The room that I occupied was clean and neat.

I got an upgraded premium suite and was very happy. My friend got a standard room and was not. I didn't like have to pay for a upgraded room in order to have a decent size room. I also didn't like having voucher for breakfast had to eat all at once you couldn't leave and return if you decided you wanted something else.
