It was extremely clean and quiet, and the staff was extremely nice in the morning

This hotel is such a great deal. It had a really low price, but it’s very clean, the staff is friendly, and they have a great breakfast. If you’re looking for luxury, this is not your place. There’s nothing over the top glamorous about it. But if you’re looking for safe, clean, great price, nice beds, this might be a great fit.

BED BUGSSSSSS. my husband and I got riddled with be bug bites. Picked this hotel bc all the reviews were great. On check in I noticed a bug on one of the pillows but didn’t think much of it bc I never dealt with bed bugs. Next morning I had a few bites in a row. They got worse through out day. Then more popped up through out day as I noticed they were itchy and oozing. Thought I had a terrible case of mosquito bites. Next morning husband was broke out in them. Will not stay again

You get what you pay for. It was fine for the price, but I won't be going back. The location was great.

Very convenient to shopping, restaurants, etc. Located right along the interstate.

The staff was very friendly but the hotel is old. Parts have been redone but parts have not.

Breakfast was great. We had a problem with our toilet and they immediately put us in another room. Good stay here.

We stayed here back in the winter and we're well pleased with the room. This trip, the room was unbearably hot. When we got there the air conditioning had been turned off to the room and it was 100 degrees outside that day. It took over 24 hours for the room to finally cool off. After flying in and lugging luggage through the airport we wanted to relax in a cool room but couldn't. The room was clean and well maintained but the heat in the room was a definite turn off.

They we're so strict on the guest or if family members wanted to co.e visit before we leave out of state.

That your rep said the $50 deposit would be returned when we checked out and now they are saying 5-10 business days. It has left me with an overdrawn account and no way to get home from Oklahoma.

I didn't like anything! I wasn't able to stay because the hotel had no power. Im not sure why the hotel was still able to rent out rooms through Booking.com even though they had no power and the doors were locked. This should not have ever happened, however I understand mistakes happen. I did receive a refund, but only after emailing Booking.com to make them aware of the situation and asking for a refund. I did end up staying with Extended Stay in Norman for a few days still using Booking.com. It would have been nice to maybe have been given a complimentary room at some point during my stay or even now would be great! The fact that they were still renting rooms with no power and do heads up was given. Then I had to send an email to get a refund plus find someone else to stay the night.

I will stay here again.

Room was spacious, and very clean, including bathroom. Beds were comfortable, and enjoyed the large TV and desk area. Nice amenities like toiletries available (shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion). Breakfast was decent, cereals, yogurt, waffle machine, toast, muffins, eggs, sausage, etc. Rooms were very quiet, as I could hear the neighbors tv very loud when I passed their door in the hallway but once in our room I couldn't hear it anymore. Good location next to the highway and mall, as well as restaurants and shopping all nearby. Would stay again, nice clean room for the fair price paid.

Yes the fridge was broke had to switch rooms, then the new room air conditioner wasn’t working properly in 98 degree weather! The management didn’t even care that there wasn’t anymore forks at 7:00am for breakfast. Needs new management!!

The room was extremely clean and I'm picky. The staff were all very friendly and air conditioning was cold. And this is the first hotel I stayed at were I liked there coffee 😂 we will stay there again if we are ever in that area again.
