Great place to stay if you are visiting MassMoCA. The restaurant is also great albeit with a limited selection.

Grand parking sécuritaire en face il y a la caserne de pompiers. Idéalement ce serait bien d'installer des bornes électriques de recharge pour les véhicules électriques. Déjeuner modeste. Pas de protéines. Pâtisseries et fruits bons. Très propre. Personnel courtois

The staff were all amazing. So helpful, friendly, etc. Love the art everywhere, galleries, restaurant. Pool and hot tub were nice. Could have been a little more inexpensive. I can do with continental breakfast. Like to enjoy local restaurants when I travel.

Location was good, parking was good, lobby and ability to walk to town was nice Personally, I think hotel rooms should be dark. There was a huge gap on three sides of the door and the hall lights were very bright so the room never got dark, even with towels on the floor and socks wedged in the side gap. The breakfast was simply below Motel 6 quality and we paid way more than a Motel 6 rate. Fitness room smelled, pull the carpet and leave concrete floor. For the rate we paid for 2 nights I was expecting more.

The coffee was good--an important plus! The pastries were average but probably met most people's needs. The chess sticks were a nice touch. Some kind of protein would be a good addition. No issues.

This is my second time staying. The elevators had an awful smell. It just didn’t seem as clean as I remembered.

Clean, close to museum and restaurants The air conditioner in the room was relentless-to keep the room cool the fan needed to be on, and it was always blowing directly on us - no way to adjust it.

Great location right in downtown North Adams. The mountain view room was stunning. Such a beautiful place. The staff was friendly and even took the time to present us with a gift to celebrate our wedding.
