great location off the highway … great price and clean … rooms have upgrades and beds are comfy

They kept my $50 deposit and all I did was sleep there. I don’t smoke, drink, and I didn’t have a pet there. Nothing was damaged. Avoid this hotel at all costs. They are very rude and confrontational. I am now asking the North Canton Police Department to look into the matter.

room had a weird smell when we first got in. sprayed some stuff and left, came back and smell was gone thankfully. would be nice if they had eggs/meat as an option with breakfast but other than that it was a good stay!

The staff was very responsive to my requests. The room was very well cared for. The breakfast was very stingy. One of the worst I have ever seen. Also the elevator floor was very dingy.

Shower pressure Staff and facility were dirty. Staff couldn't find a clean room. Came to wait on me barefoot. Just not a professional atmosphere.

2:30 in the morning dear fire alarms are well focus all up have no idea what it was about

Towels were sooooo small. Fire alarm went off throughout the whole hotel and the staff were NO help. Was not a fun night, got no rest.

Real nice room, comfortable bed, plenty of hot water in the shower, a real bargain at the price we paid. Nothing.

Not at all a place that is worth the cost of staying here.

The staff is very responsive and very accommodating. The front lobby and breakfast area was under renovation, but the renovation will make things better for future guests.
