When I got there they said I needed to pay a deposit which I get it back when I checked out … it’s been seven days and I am still waiting … hotels.com need to do a better job at getting this information to it’s customers … nowhere it said anything about a security deposit !!

The sheets had to be changed when we arrived because of the multiple stains. The floor was sticky and covered in multiple large stains. The shower looked like it needed to be cleaned. We left early and did not even sleep there because we were so disgusted.

Hotel needs updating. Not as nice as the pictures show. I would not stay here again. Breakfast looked blah, we didn’t bother to try it.

I booked two non smoking rooms and the rooms were smoking rooms. I couldn’t sleep from how strong the cigarette smell was seeped in to the bed
