Great per usual!

My bed and sheets were clean. But the bathroom had mold on the wall behind the bathroom door. The bed itself felt like a rubber hospital pad. I normally don’t like leaving bad reviews but the staff forced my hand. I paid a deposit on the room half up front a month ago. I brought it up to the staff when I checked in and I was told ohh it’s all taken care of. Only to see my card was charged the full amount. I bring it up to them again I show them the evidence and got sent away because I booked through hotels.com. So now I’m out 216 bucks because they don’t honor the deposit paid?? Staff was rude and some didn’t speak English. Bed incredibly uncomfortable. I don’t understand how they can even claim no responsibility for a deposit when they were provided with proof of the payment. Location itself is great for walking but you definitely get less than you pay for

We have stayed here twice and always seem to get put in the handicapped accessible room. The room was fine…clean and quiet. But the bed was not comfortable at all. It was fine for one night but you get what you pay for.

Although we have stayed at this property many times we were surprised at the curt & unfriendly getting on arrival. The Lobby needs a refreshing & removal of the curtain. We had sent a request to the hotel for a room on the front where we always stay instead we got an accessible room in the back lower level. The room was larger but needed upgrading especially the large dirty upholstered chair that required immediate replacement. The carpet was clean as was the very small queen bed?? The pool was appreciated but requires a good cleaning especially around the rim & replacement of the exterior furniture. Overall the hotel is acceptable but could be much better.

clean room, nice area, worth it

Okay place to stay for the price. Had stayed there in the past and would have given it a 5 stars then. Coffee in the office is terrible! Pool was good. The room smelled very strong of something I couldn't describe. It was very hot and humid out, it would have been nice if the air conditioner had been turned on in a basement room. Whirlpool tub was nice. Bed was comfortable, slept pretty well. The peacock clock on the wall in room 18 needs to go, it gives an "old" vibe to the room.
