Normal apartment with very old furniture. Small rooms Upon arrival we have been charged a tax of 30 Euro/day (+180 Euro ) for our 3 years old girl. Also a surcharge of 30 Euro was added for a unclear reason, the handwriting was indecipherable - maybe for towels?? I felt that it was a little bit expensive taking into consideration that she was gone to sleep in our bed but paid nevertheless. During the stay I had the curiosity to read the terms published on Booking and find out that if we had been requested a supplemental bed for her the tax would have been only 10 Euro/Day (+60). In our case it should have been free of charge. Convinced that it was an innocent mistake I informed the lady owner about this and we agree to look into this issue in the last day when we would give the keys back. When the moment arrived the old lady owner refused to reimburse us the child surcharged even if she consulted their own child policy published on Booking. After more than 1h of pleading and bargaining we left the premisses with a sour taste. The final motivation was that that was her decision regardless of the published terms, and she directed me to go to Booking.com if I am not happy with her ruling. Frankly we felt like we had been robbed. Also from the 150 Euro cash caution we received back only 80 Euro. The reason for the 70 Euro penalty was that we didn't vacate the room at 0900h as written in the terms. No fiscal receipt for money paid.

Great location, the accommodation was very basic, but clean and exactly what we needed.

Very comfortable and spacious apartment, equipped with everything that was needed for our stay. Very neat and tidy. Kitchen had everything we could ask for, including a cleaning set. Localized quite far from the slope and from bakery/shops, with skibus rides not available as often and as long as in other parts of the region, but that's a very minor inconvenience.

Waited half an hour in the morning to be able to pay for our accomodation. They then needed 150euros in cash as a deposit? Seems very unusual as had already paid and they had my card details saved in Booking.com so no need for pash but insisted. I messaged twice 12 hours before our checkout and no one replied. Very poor communication. No kettle either which is odd in a mountain where you'd want a hot drink!

Great location, proximity to all mayor ski lifts & also to the village. Covered parking in the garage. Apartment was super clean and tidy. Comfortable beds with low pillows. Nice and warm inside. The kitchenette was well equipped. We had an issue with the stove top - only 2 out of 4 were working. But according to the owner it was was new and technician did not connect it properly.

It was easy to park and a 10-minute walk to the town. The kitchenette is well equipped so you have the choice of going out or prepare something. We missed an electric kettle.
