We just loved this hotel! It was so comfy, beautifully decorated, and calm. It's a bit of a cab ride outside the main walking area of downtown inverness but we loved it. The staff were so welcoming and fun to talk with as well. Our stay was during an especially hot summer week and the airflow in the room was awesome with windows that opened. Just a bit longer cab ride - Kessock is like a little suburb of Inverness which we didn't know but we loved it

Everything at the hotel was in good order & the staff very helpful & friendly. The food was all to a high standard & the bar and restaurant areas were all busy with happy customers. The only real issue we had was the size of our room, it really was on the small side. Having said that it is a small boutique hotel & the small room size should have possibly been anticipated by us

Great location; quiet, comfortable rooms with friendly and attentive staff. Excellent food. Lack of private parking at hotel, but plenty on-street or in car park close by. Food excellent but a bit pricey.

Location was nice, right on the water in a quiet spot. The rooms were comfortable and the staff was really helpful. A bit out of the way but that was also quite nice.

the chef is a star - imaginative cooking, nicely presented, very much enjoyed dinner noisy families - screaming children, extended family shouting at each other - not the hotel's fault but spoilt the stay

The room was clean and well equipped The floors creak really loudly and you can hear every movement someone makes above, below or to the right. Very hard time sleeping.
