Entire pool area had interior home tile flooring that was VERY slippery and the hand rail at the pool steps was broken and unusable. Pillows were like a pile of mashed potatoes and smelled funky. Awful. Shower barely trickled. No shower curtain?! Had to ask for a shower curtain and they couldn’t bring one until the next day. Only 2 bath towels for 3 adults. Most of the food on the breakfast buffet tasted like the strong odor of cleaning products. It was clean and attractive inside and out.

I didn’t like that there were rolling doors on the bathroom. I was there with my kids and couldn’t lock the bathroom door to go to the bathroom or shower. I also didn’t like how there was no tub. I have special needs kiddos who will not get under a shower head.

Close to restaurants, shopping, and highway access this hotel is in a sweet location. My family loves the pool and enclosed outdoor space to get the wiggles out and fellowship with our team mates. The fitness room is roomy and stocked with the essentials for a quick workout and complimentary breakfast is full of options to get everyone off to a good start.

The guy at the front desk during check in was absolutely amazing and went out of his way to help with any problems

Close to the I40. Some parking for large moving trucks. People were friendly.
