Ramada by Wyndham North Platte & Sandhills Convention Ctr

This place is like a Motel/Hotel. The room was updated, but over all the place looked old and run down.

The hotel layout was confusing. It would have helped to have a room map. We got confused finding our room. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay. Breakfast was good.

The room was clean, had a slight oder. The outside hallway was a little disconcerting, but room was fine. Breakfast was included!

Friendly staff. Kenzie in the restaurant/bar was great.

Did not care for the mini casino by the front desk. The floor in our room was sticky. Breakfast was the usual bland eggs and weak coffee. We will not go back.

The room was great, bigger than expected. The breakfast was great. The hotel is dated. Disappointed the hot tub was not operational especially after being on the road for 11 hours.

The staff was nice, but the place clearly needed some updated maintenance, especially in the halls. The room was cleanish, but hearing people yelling until 11pm when you have to be up early wasn't it for me.

The breakfast really needed help. For the coffee, there was only half-and-half.

Dead bolt didn’t lock and door guard had loose screws. Breakfast was good.

This was a horrible experience. The hotel was dirty. The grounds were unkept. The guy mowing the grounds has a shirt off was all tattooed. Very poor betrayal of a business. The whole entire area was dirty and uncapped and rundown. The floor in our room was sticky. The mirror was not clean. It rained in the living room part of our suite flooded. Air conditioner made noises. We could hear the rain dripping throughout the night. It really just needs to be condemned.

We rented 3 rooms for the night and all 3 rooms AC was not working. We got them working after checking the breaker. In the middle of the night one of the rooms AC switched to heat and set off the fire alarm. We could never got the AC to come back on.

The workout facility There was turd stains in the toilet and dried blood in the bath tub.

Great place reasonable rates.

The ac was broken in first room and they quickly moved us to another room. Staff was very accommodating

Breakfast was great as always!
