It was ok

They asked for a deposit, that's not mentioned when I booked it.

TV hard to navigate for un-tech-savvy people, also not correct remote control. Continental Breakfast didn't offer much. Huge disappointment was property NOT having a Pool when advertised online! Also major reason we chose to stay there. If you're just looking for a clean bed & cold A/C, this is your place. Otherwise...

The front desk upon arriving was great.I checked in they had cereal the next day for coffee Outdated security door that you could break down. Drug infested area, on a heavy construction zone Drugs being bought and sold on property Yelling from customers rooms. A true Jerry Springer show Bathtub outdated as I could not take a bath in room 129 as it leaked Most importantly I called Mike Patel last evening and he promised a call back as I Left my phone charger there after I tipped $5 to housekeeping. He never called back. I called him back and he put me on permanent hold

The front staff were very nice and the rooms were very clean and bed was comfortable. The a/c worked great. When I saw the name Wyndham I just associated with that line of hotels. But this place is a motel. As soon as we got off our vehicle to get luggage, we could smell marijuana right away. The rooms were very clean and bed was comfortable. When we got back to place around 10:30, that smell was just as strong. Lots of people hanging around their rooms on the balcony smoking. We would not stay again just because of this.

We arrived at 6 PM after a very long day. We were VERY tired. The two gentleman at the desk upgraded our room, which was clean and spacious. It made us feel welcome.. We were able to rest peacefully and prepare for a long day of travel the next day. Thank you. N/A

Location The staff were rude and nasty

The employees were so hateful when I went to go check in because they said they didn't know who really stayed in the room, and what a strange thing to say to your customers. Like why would you want to make someone feel uncomfortable and then expect them to want to stay again. Also the heater worked somewhat but not very well.

There were people hanging in the parking lot and outside drinking and arguing. Managment didnt do anything. AC worked but it wasn't cooling so was really hot.

Nothing if I could go back I would not ever booked this motel and I wish that a refund could be paid back

The woman (Tanya) at the check in desk was pleasant. The room was simple but I did appreciate the microwave, ice machine and fridge amenities the most.

Will never stay here again. The staff acted like they didn’t understand English, their breakfast was a joke and then I was told I had to sit there with them in their “so called lobby” to eat my breakfast . I was not allowed to take my breakfast to my room. The coffee was extremely cold. I had to put it in the microwave and they had no juice at all. The room was not very clean. The sheets were dirty. It was a disaster.

The coffee in the morning was old and cold.

The price was very decent. Appeared too dark outside.

So kind, friendly and professional. They seem to be refreshing the rooms which will be very nice when completed. We don't ask for much, clean bed and shower with clean towels and that's exactly what we received. All was good.
