Everything in this hotel was good I’ll will definitely be back.

We actually loved this place! Kind of in the middle of nowhere was the biggest drawback. Room was extremely nice and clean. Staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. Received a complimentary hot latte or cappuccino on our way out in the morning, made by an actual barista. Very nice and quiet place. Would recommend this place for others to stay at. Not super kid friendly (which we did not need, though). Good for couples. Beautiful Italian paintings on the ceilings in the lobby.

The shuttle bus to and from Foxwoods was very convenient. And the bus driver, Jim, was great! He was both informative and personable. The Bellisimo gives boutique hotel vibes and I thoroughly enjoyed my first stay. Looking forward to my next one!

Wifi didn't work in our room. TV didn't work in the bathroom and the TV in the bedroom was outdated and only had 1 available network.

I suggest making hotel property smoke free. Also when I checked in the front desk ran my card twice for incidentals (total $300) when i noticed it on my bank account i came down to the front desk. They said it was there mistake but could no refund me the $. I was given free breakfast for 2 days
