We stayed in room 206 for one night. Aug 15, 2026. It was spacious and came with all the usual amenities. But the shower was practically COLD - not ice cold but cold enough that one wouldn’t want to take a shower. When staying at a hotel, two things are top priority - a great night sleep on a comfortable bed, and a hot shower. This room failed at 50%. When reported to the front desk at check out, the receptionist said, “I have never heard of this before.” Oh joy!

Air conditioning unit seemed excessively noisy.

Hampton in. Is great. Only issue this time was the neighbor. He had his music loud enough for us to hear… at 620 AM. I called front desk twice to call and have music lowered. It was not. We checked out several hours before we planned as it was difficult to go back to sleep

Locations, design My room smelled musty

Hotel was very clean, staff was very friendly and hot water and ac was great. Size of room was also bigger than I expected. Bed was very uncomfortable like an old spring mattress. Toilet was very low to ground and hard to sit and get up. Water pressure was lacking. Breakfast was very lacking as eggs and potatoes were gross.

Great stay! Pool and hot tub were functional and very clean. We brought our dog and everything was smooth. Room size was great and clean.

There for a funeral.

The hot tube was dirty, poor communication- was not told that room cleaning was by request only as all signage in hotel clearly said every other day, the hot breakfast was the exact same thing for 5 mornings in a row

Breakfast. Cleanliness. (Room smelled new.) Wish we had been given more towels (only 3 and there were 4 in our party and we stayed for two nights).

This was, without question, one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I placed the "Do Not Disturb" sign on my door before leaving my room, expecting the hotel to respect my privacy. Instead, housekeeping entered my room anyway. When I returned, I found that my personal laptop had been moved and closed. This is my college and work computer containing sensitive personal and professional information. Although nothing was stolen, someone had unrestricted access to my private belongings without my knowledge or consent. What is even more alarming is that the hotel later admitted in writing that their staff failed to follow their own procedures. They acknowledged that rooms displaying a "Do Not Disturb" sign should not be entered except in very limited circumstances, yet my room was entered simply because housekeeping wanted to clean it. That is completely unacceptable. This incident raises serious concerns about guest safety and security. If the hotel cannot respect one of the most basic privacy measures—a clearly displayed "Do Not Disturb" sign—how can guests have confidence that their rooms, valuables, personal information, and belongings are secure while they are away? As if that were not enough, after I had checked out, my card was charged again without any prior notification or authorization from me. This created even more stress and left me questioning the hotel's payment practices. No guest should have to worry about unexpected transactions after leaving the property. A hotel is supposed to provide comfort, privacy, security, and peace of mind. Unfortunately, my experience was the exact opposite. I left feeling that my privacy had been violated, my belongings were not secure, and my payment details were not handled in a way that gave me confidence. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone who values their privacy, security, or trust. There are many hotels that respect their guests.
