The hotel was good. I did notice when using the plug by sink would sort of quickly dimm slightly off & on. No biggie to me, but thought yall should know. My only complaint is the beds. Not comfortable. I thought it was just me because I do have lower aches from driving at times but my son who is just fine, agreed they're definitely not comfortable. I had to adjust the pillows for my back & sides. Woke up sore. Ive slept on worse at another hotel but these were close to it. I didnt notice till I was leaving but i could tell floors dont get vacuumed good because there was clumps of dust/hair & dog food i believe on carpet near the air conditioner. I didnt get to try other things in hotel but overall it was nice.

Clean room and comfortable beds

The hotel room we stayed in,was falling apart. Bathtub didn’t drain anywhere at a normal fashion. Only one elevator worked the whole trip.

I received a room upgrade.

Good location. Shower didn't drain and sink handles were loose. I didn't have the inclination or time to ask for a new room or for it to be fixed.
-
The cons: outdated furnishings including the old refrigerator, and the broken elevator on Saturday night leaving us to walk to the ninth floor. Not quite live up to the Hilton brand name.
-
Front desk was extremely helpful and polite. Adjoining restaurant bar had amazing service. Would stay again and again.

We could not reach anyone by phone to cancel or rebook for the next night so very disappointing

The beds. Omg the worst ever. The pool and jacuzzi were nice. The drinks were expired in the shop girl didn’t care my daughter drank half of her drink before realizing it. My coke expired in 9 days. Stay away from the market.

Our flight was cancelled, along with lots of others, so we made a reservation at this hotel. we arrived at midnight and were told there was no record of our reservation. The hotel had no clean rooms so brought in staff to clean rooms. Upon going up to the desk again and speaking to another clerk, we were told we DID have a reservation but by then we had missed out on one of the ready rooms. Finally got into our room at 2:45 am.
