My room and the morning staff

The Hotel is well situated in the centre of Nova Friburgo, which was really convenient for us. The rooms are cosy and some have a balcony. The hotel has also a nice garden and nearby good restaurants.

Nothing The hotel is very basic and too expensive. There’s a cat that is of the owner and it goes everywhere even in the room floors

The hotel didn't provide water in the room and it needs to provide wash clothes along with towels. In addition, the matresses need an upgrade and better linen.

The location is excellent, the room is large with a small balcony, the staff is kind and everything seemed to be very clean and with the proper measures to avoid the spread of the corona virus. The breakfast time is scheduled to the specific rooms in order to avoid unnecessary crowding. Although there is a sign to wear mask on the breakfast room and plastic gloves are available, many guests were not following the rules and there was no staff member to give the guidelines.
