Bed & Breakfast Jugo is on the island Pag, in the small town Novalja. It is 1300 ft from the beach and offers air conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi. Everything was perfect ☺️ at the begining you have to make check in in the hotel Olea (5 mins walk from B&B Jugo) we had breakfast (very tasty and good variety to choose) in this hotel too and we could use their swimming pool as well - it was great? our apartment in B&B Jugo was nice, clean and with the sea view. Towels were changed every day and the rubish was thrown out as well. Our stay was amazing, big thanks to all staff. Nothing

Agency/Staff were super polite towards me, even if the B&B Jugo had some technical problems, they offered me a free upgrade of the room in another villa with pool outside. The Agency also (upon agreement) allows for later check-outs Near the city center and supermarkets The 150€ deposit was mentioned by the agency many times before my arrival With my room change, there was not anymore included breakfast, which was the main "problem" for me

Staff at the location was very friendly and accommodating. Location was quiet and parking was practical. The accommodation is run through an agency, where you have to do check-in at a different location and then you need to follow them to the accommodation. While messaging over Booking, we were talking to the agency, and requested for gluten- and lactose-free breakfast, which they assurred us it can be provided. But upon arrival didn't know much about it, so the staff at the accommodation had to quickly come up with some gluten- and lactose-free breakfast.

The food was tasty but not the best quality.

The place is very clean, hosts are nice and helpful. The check in was in another place, and that wasn't noted anywhere, but they took us to another location to check in. Also the air conditioning was broken.
