The location was excellent. You are right in the middle of downtown Novalja where a grocery and many restaurants are less than a 5 minute walk away. And even though outside the hotel was busy (lots of bars, World Cup watch parties, etc.), I heard nothing from my room and slept peacefully. The breakfast was good and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. There is no lift but the staff helped me with my bags. I would 100% stay here again. Nothing!

The people.in this villa are really nice. Barbara is always ready to help at anytime. The food in their restaurant is very good. I loved the djuvec rice as well as all dishes I had there. It was the best stay so far in Croatia as I am doing a road trip trough the coast. Nothing.

Everything was fine here. Nice and clean room with good bed, nice bathroom with a good shower, very good breakfast! Also good food in the restaurant, friendly staff, free parking nearby and WiFi worked well. I would stay here again... :D - Hvala!

The nice view from the room on the third floor, the breakfast in the restaurant, the free parking on a parking lot some steps away from the hotel, the friendly staff It can get loud because it is right in the center and in the pedestrian zone. If you don’t close the windows and switch on the AC it can get tough. The hotel has no lift. So be ready for some exercise!
