The hosts, Marielle and Philippe were so kind, thoughtful and hospitable and helped make our stay a phenomenal experience. The accommodations were wonderful, pool beautiful and breakfast provided was spectacular and generous. The bouillabaisse dinner they offered one night was amazing! We would not hesitate to recommend this place and would definitely go back.

Warm, charming, freshly appointed Inn with lovely courtyard and swimming pool. Our room was well proportioned yet new and cozy. Our hosts, Marielle and Philippe, were wonderfully welcoming and helpful with daily excursion suggestions, tips and advice. Breakfast was over-the-top! Authentic savory and sweet options served daily. We can't say enough about our positive experience. Nothing here...

The breakfast at Maison Galatea is cooked to order by Marielle and is always perfectly cooked to your requirements. It is served by the pool at the time you request and is a very pleasant experience. There was nothing that we did not like.

The whole place was absolutely beautiful. Every detail had been considered. It smelt lovely, it was wonderfully clean and gorgeously picturesque. Our room was air conditioned, hugely spacious with a great shower and lovely bathroom. The decor is tasteful and modern. We were greeted so warmly, given a tour of the place and instantly felt at home. The breakfast each morning is made fresh my Marielle, she is an exceptional cook. It is a huge fresh, delicious breakfast and we didn't need to eat lunch! Freshly squeezed juices, fresh pastries, homemade bread, eggs, fruit salad, cheeses and hams and cakes. Excellent coffee too. Marielle also made excellent recommendations on places to visit and things to see. She also made dinner reservations for us each night at great local restaurants, avoiding the tourist traps. The atmosphere was so relaxed, the pool is beautiful and there are lots of spaces to sit and relax. Even when there were people it never felt cramped. We had fresh pool towels every day and Marielle offered to change our bath towels etc, if we had wanted her to. Marielle and Philippe were wonderful hosts and I would return here time and time again. We had a brilliant stay and I can not recommend it highly enough. Nothing. It was all wonderful.

Everything! The breakfast was excellent; the garden, property and swimming pool are beautiful and well maintained, Marielle and Philippe were amazing hosts and really take care of you during your stay. They suggest the nicest places to visit and tastiest restaurants to eat, and even make reservations for you. Not having to think about planning makes this the most relaxing holiday Having to leave!

The breakfast was tailored to our specifications and was superb. We recommend the Egg Surprise. The location was within easy reach of many local restaurants, Avignon and many other tourist spots, but at the same time is an oasis of calm when we returned to relax around the pool each day. The ground floor room we had was high quality, with a luxury bathroom. There was nothing to report that we didn't like and if you read some of my other reviews you will see that I am not afraid to criticise.

The service was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. Marielle booked restaurants for us and provided a meal on the first night, even though this is not part of the published service, The room is big, very modern and very high quality. The communal areas are very good, although we did not use them much. Breakfast was delivered at the requested time each morning, with the content exactly what we had asked for. Even down to providing a cold diet coke for my wife. The pool and sun loungers were clean and exceptional. Marielle and Philippe do not speak great English but Marielles ability in the use of Google translate is both funny and amazing. We found we looked forward to having "google talks" with her. It works so don't change it!!!!! On a personal level, Marielle is a warm and very caring person. If we have the opportunity we will definitely return We are quite picky normally but there was nothing we can report that we didn't like.

Amazing place. This hotel combines everything I love in south of France - style, elegance, tranquility, cosiness, nature, attention to details, etc. Marielle is amazing host - discrete and in the same time always open to suggest and book great restaurants for us. The breakfast was spectacular! The room was spacious, bed super comfortable.

The location is central for all trips around major sights in Provence. Peaceful and coisy with a large pool. Marielle and her family were super friendly. They helped us with reservations of restaurants and they offered their genuine advice about the trips around Provence. The catering was outstanding. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. If we ever rerurn to Provence, Maison Galatea is our first choice. Nothing.

Sumptuous breakfast. Welcoming and informative hosts. Really comfortable beds. Very clean. Good location for exploring with excellent restaurants nearby. Great pool. Slight traffic noise but it quietened down at night and we slept well. Nothing.
