Great location, just a few steps from the Riva, which made exploring the city really easy and enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, with a very wide selection of food and excellent coffee. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming throughout the stay.

It was a comfortable stay for us. Very good location, breakfast was good, the room was okay, the staff were friendly. The communication with the hotel before our arrival went smoothly. There is nothing to complain about except the parking fee. I think the hotel should provide free parking for their guests, not ask 10 euros per day as every other parking spot. Just that the parking is not free of charge otherwise all good.

The room was pretty and had excellent AC. Practical shower system. We had a wee bit of an ants problem, but it's high summer.

Smoking was allowed on the breakfast terrace and on the balconies of the rooms, it is unbelievable that it is still allowed in 2024.

The staff were very welcoming and accomodating There are no tea and coffee facilities in the room. We were not advised that we had to pay extra for parking until we paid the bill. When booking through booking.com we were advised that parking was included in the price. An extra 10 euros per day

Staff is extremly helpfull and friendly. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Best coffee ever. Location is more than perfect. Parking just in front of the hotel. Nothing. It was our second time and we will sure come back.

Friendly welcome, really.helpful staff, great location. Lovely breakfast and effective air conditioning. Perfect base for exploring Novigrad. I'm sure that on Booking.com it said that it was only possible to check in up to a certain time. That might be true "off season" but in mid-June it was no problem that we arrived after 20:00. Despite the heat, a kettle in the room would have been nice. I suspect this is only really relevant for British customers :)
