Room 921 had a really bad stain in the carpet. We had to go and buy Clorox and a scrub to scrub the bath tub as it was yellowish and we did not want to bathe or toddler there and take a shower before cleaning it properly. Water was running from the shower head even though we tried closing it properly but it still kept on running which is a lot of waste of water.

Location This reservation was made for my in-laws, and this was their experience. The air conditioning in the room did not work, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable. They repeatedly requested for it to be fixed or to be moved to another room, but the hotel did nothing to accommodate them. On top of that, the blow dryer was broken, and although they asked for a replacement, it was never brought. They also booked under the impression that there was on-site laundry, which turned out not to be true. To make things worse, even with the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, housekeeping still entered the room and cleaned while they were gone. Overall, their concerns were ignored and the service did not meet expectations.
