we have stayed at hotel lamm before and liked the location and the breakfast. but..... (see below). hotel lamm is a good, clean hotel. sometimes when traveling, you have to have a sense of humor! we stayed at hotel lamm at just after christmas. so there was no breakfast. at least a couple bakeries were open for breakfast (sort of like france, bakeries must be able to sell bread every day!). but the fellow, not the regular lady who runs the hotel, screwed up our key card entry by making it valid for only 24 hours, not for the whole two days we stayed. so, when we got back to the hotel for the second night, the card did not work!, we pushed the "doorbell" buttons that were at the entry way - no response. luckily there was a phone number and got hold of the fellow who checked us in. he came to the door to let us in and re-program our key card for the outside door and our room door. i am just glad that there was no storm happening at the time.
