The beds were comfortable and the staff was very kind. The hotel is oceanfront. They provide free bottled water. The breakfast is decent. I didn't swim in the pool but there is a large pool and two smaller pools. The rooms are not very clean. There were small bugs in my room. I did not think much of it because it is a tropical location. I changed hotels because in addition the orange countertops had what looked like dirt spots and when I scratched with my fingernail it came off so it was dirt. The balcony door needs to be repositioned because it leaves a gap to outside and some mosquitoes got in. They don't clean the beach area well in front of the hotel so the beach is not that clean. The cushions on the beach furniture were pretty dirty. The hotel needs some upkeep, painting, basic maintenance and a deep cleaning. When I got to my hotel and unpacked, the small bugs were all over one of my body products and had greatly multiplied in less than 24 hours so I have no idea what kind of bugs they are. My suitcase is currently outside.

Great location on the beach, quiet, plenty of sunbeds. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Wifi was good and room was great. Not a lot of eating choices. Breakfast was very busy

Nice and big swimming pool, private beach access, gym, spa on property and nice and clean rooms. Water bottle provided by hotel is not enough water. And location of this hotel is far from shops and restaurants, only few restaurants around this hotel. For Indian food Queens of India is nearby.

the location is good, the staff are friendly and the ambinence of the hotel is also good. they have facilities like pool, bar and movie night for kids over all it was good very money minded, everything is charged, ven a small stain on the bed they charged 100k buffet was not included and we bought breakfast but not many options for vegetarians

We loved our room on the courtyard terrace and found the patio to be nice and private. The staff were all very friendly but in particular a young lady named Ayu. She was such a friendly, positive and intelligent young lady that made us feel so welcome. She is definitely an asset to your hotel and made our stay good. Your gardens were beautifully maintained and the Warung area were relaxing and perfect for lunch or a snack. Unfortunately, we did not like the breakfast buffet as it was not up to our expectations as there was not enough selection for westerners such as cheese and mushrooms for omelettes. We ended up going next door every day to the BRR for their breakfast buffet as they had a better array of options.

Staff was very nice and helpfull but room i got was nighmare. Therewere heavy musty smell in the room.U can't stay inside more than 5 minutes,when we have complain to reception then they sent someone to check and they were agree,they changed the room but the new room also was same but less smelly. Overall dirty

The property itself is very good, big hotel, with good location and direct access to the beach, Staff are good Unfortunately all these good things were lost because of bad management, while a very big pool, there was inly one employee assigned to serve this area, facilities are not continuously maintained so it’s obvious that it is old, while it’s not international guests friendly at all, the breakfast is strictly containing asian and indian food, even the restaurant for lunch and dinner, we stayed five days, we had only one breakfast it was so bad, even though we paid for it, staff are kind but they aren’t enough to make the stay good.

The staff was very good and friendly, especially Ayu, who made our stay even more enjoyable. Hotel view and place was comfortable too. The floor was always wet whenever we opened a window or the door. The beach near the hotel wasn’t very comfortable for swimming, so we had to go farther away from the hotel to find a beach where we could swim.
