It is very well maintained and run by a dedicated team of husband and wife who have equally well trained staff. Bath room was slightly smelly despite keeping the exhaust fan ON. I won’t blame the owners, I think it’s generally the persistent humidity which produces this bad smell. Hygienic conditions were quite good otherwise.

Customer -focused owner and staff, who kept the premises clean and the small garden well tended. Clear communication; rules were explained and adhered to. Excellent location. Walkable to white sandy beaches, stores, warungs. Near some vegetation restaurants. We got to watch mind blowing sunrises. This is a less expensive place near super expensive resorts. That meant we could enjoy peaceful and well-kept beaches at budget prices. The included breakfast is filling and nutritious. Ms. Wayan is a great host. We were totally satisfied and recommend this place.

I had a wonderful stay at Frangipani Homestay in Nusa Dua. The staff really shined—they were responsive, professional, and kind, greeting guests by name and offering service that felt more like a 5-star hotel. Breakfast in the garden was a lovely touch, surrounded by beautiful frangipani trees. The homestay is quiet, comfortable, and spotlessly clean—one of the cleanest places I stayed in Bali. The internet was reliable and even worked well enough for a Zoom meeting I had. It’s also in a great location, just across the street from the beach where you can connect to a long boardwalk (turn right for the best long walks or runs). Within walking distance, you’ll also find a pharmacy, local warungs, and convenience shops. Overall, this is an excellent, economical option in Nusa Dua. I would definitely stay again! Only suggestion is to add a tea kettle to the room, but not an issue as the staff provided me hot water in cups on my terrace to make tea so not an issue.

The owner and staff were super friendly, accommodating, and helpful. We had early activities booked and they provided take away breakfast. The accommodations are clean, AC works great, the breakfast was delicious, the grounds are beautiful. Definitely a great value!

ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING. Location, breakfast, hospitality, accommodation, all perfect. Drain in Room 1 shower was slow so filled quickly and would start to flood into room if not stopped.

Wow !! This place has been my favourite in Bali ! The location is perfect, just behind a beautiful quiet beach. The place is clean, great wifi & hot water, also with delicious breakfast. Most of all Neldi, Ketut & Wayan ! The most lovely people, Ketut makes THE BEST Mee Goreng in all of Indonesia I hope to return soon

Basic but good breakfast, staff were great and very attentive. First time in Nusa Dua and not much interesting in the immediate area.
