good location - direct on the sea side. clean and spacious room. good and comfortable beds. good parking - enough space for everything . breakfast fresh and good breakfast no tea and no orange juice. no spa and no sauna - no outside beach furniture - a very sober and cold athomsphere altogether

Convenient location, pleasant staff, comfortable room It was not clear that the fitness center was an external gym, so was a bit of looking around.

The staff at the front desk were excellent - very friendly and helpful. Getting a drink in the bar usually meant standing around waiting for someone to come and serve us. Not complaining about the staff who were obviously expected to do too many things at one time. We were extremely disappointed with the restaurant which offered a set menu with the only choice being in the number of courses and was very expensive compared to other restaurants in Nyborg. I had also warned the hotel in advance that one of my guests was vegan and was assured that this would be taken into account and a vegan menu supplied. However, we were told at dinner that the vegan option was simply removal of non-vegan ingredients and substitution made where possible. As there was no vegan alternative for one of the courses, we left and ate elsewhere. Had that been explained in advance, we would have booked somewhere else from the beginning.
