Spark by Hilton Oak Forest

Overall it was a nice stay except I think plumbing issues the sink and shower were stopped up we left and came back after being out for 4+ hours and still clogged not sure why but we only stayed 1 night it was overall a nice stay!!

Still waiting on my refund due to the power outage.

Staff was very nice!!! There wasn't a microwave in the room or coffee pot!

It was in a quiet corner which was nice and the staff was amazing. The whole hotel is very quiet and they are accommodating to everyone. The rooms were actually very large and the lighting was perfect. They did have a little kind of snack area but it was very expensive. Couple annoying things that were going on was the pool was in "maintenance" but who knows for how long because it was completely drained and looked filthy so the pool wasn't able to be used, and the elevator was broken so I had to drag my luggage up the two flights of stairs to get to the second floor.

They double booked my room so I ended up having to drive home,didn't get to stay

Everything was as expected other than the flooded parking lot, which is the reason I gave the property 4 stars.

Broken elevator BEFORE the the 28 hours w without power from the tornadoes. Afterwards, the elevator was still out for a day and had to be repaired. I booked a stay for two more days because of the tornado it was hard to find places to go. When I was moving out today, the elevator crapped out again and I had to move all my crap downstairs. I’m 60 years old with a bad back and a bad neck just terrible Crap in halls the whole stay

Clean the property. The bathroom was disgusting. The food for breakfast was so gross. The only positive experience was the front desk staff. They were so nice and helpful.

The hotel is amazing and so is the staff. The only downfall is the breakfast not being worth it. They serve cereal and bagels along with apple juice so don’t come with high expectations.

The hotel was great for the money...The rooms was great...One of the male staff was rude. The whirlpool had to much chlorine it was blinding.The continental breakfast was very nice.. So it was a great hotel for the money

The elevator isn't working, and the hot tub was dirty with green water; the staff promised to clean it and let me know when it was ready, but they never did. The property is not in a condition that justifies the price paid for the service. I wouldn't stay there again; I checked in at 3:00 p.m. and left at 10:00 p.m. that same day.

Big room and clean and good breakfast

I was not able to check because the hotel canceled my reservation. I had to find another room at a different hotel. Also I am still waiting on my refund from Expedia.

Mediocre breakfast options when compared to competitors that was not restocked or maintained cleaned throughout breakfast time. Limited access to electrical outlets - no USB plugs, etc. Poorly insulated rooms - could hear flushes, doors opening/closing. Pillows were very worn. Large group was gathering obviously for a pool party (inflatables, a cake, 20+ people waiting in the lobby in various stages of undress). While there was a sign stating no pool parties, staff did nothing to verify what guests were registered or there for a party.
