Beautiful and spacious hotel. Very nearby restaurants and shopping.

The room was very clean, but despite there being a note in the room that it would be serviced every day, it was not. We were fine with the beds not being made, but the coffee supplies were not replenished, so we had to stop at the desk and request.

The hotel needs to be updated to standard for the daily charges for a run down, old hotel. Needs modifications

The parking lot is very convenient and was a nice feature. The room was well equipped with a mini fridge microwave etc. The bathroom had been remodeled while the main room had been left mid century. We had one small problem where the room staff had failed to refill the soap container in the shower which is awkward when you only figure that out once you're in the shower!

We stayed only one night to attend our granddaughter's play. The Carlton is our favorite place to stay in Oak Park. We stayed in the main building and it's ALWAYS clean and safe. Parking is nearby and accessible. Check in is easy and staff exceptional.

Such a cute hotel, and rooms are spacious! Staff was excellent and it has a couple restaurants on the first floor. Easy to park too. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a good experience at this hotel. We were in the motor lodge next to the hotel. The room was clean and spacious with 3 of us in the room. Staff were friendly. We ate at poor Phil’s which was delicious.
