Clean property but room had a slight smell. Other than that great staff and food options.

We booked the location specifically for the indoor pool. The night we arrive. It's closed. The hours are 9am to 7pm. The next morning my child is ready to swim, but it's closed for cleaning. By the time we got back from visiting Chicago and eating it was closed for the evening. Not once were we even able to enter the pool area. The hours seriously need to be extended. People pay extra for the pool. I was over all disappointed in my stay. Then I paid for breakfast when I booked my room, after riding the elevator with other guests the topic came up, they all ate for free. Parking was free and the employees were nice, but over all I wouldn't book there again.

Worst place to stay at you’re better off sleeping outside it’s cleaner

Got bed bugs. First room I was checked into, the sheets hadn’t been changed. There was hair and other stuff on the sheets, and a stain on the comforter. And the sheets were wrinkled only in the areas where someone would be sleeping. The next room the sheets looked clean, stioo wrinkled but gave them the benefit of the doubt, but still left with bites of all sorts all over my body. Would not recommend this place. 6 years ago it was well maintained, not anymore.

I literally walked in my room and walked back out because the room smelled funny

Good stay, clean room, clean hotel quiet when we were sleeping

The property is old and needing upgrades. They are short staff and dishonest about made to order breakfast.

Very good

Room must not be sound proof neighbor sounded like we were in the same room. Hotel staff would not move me to another. Cracks and ceiling and base boards run down.. they have party downstairs Friday night loud and people that were not hotel guest roaming
-
So clean and great staff
-
Just a location No room service and the hotel was old not cleaned
-
Overall, the place was clean, but the room smelled musty. When I called the front desk, they brought me up some air freshener, and that helped.
-
Room was clean, very spacious, check in was quick.
-
Power window room darkening blinds were broken. Also the coffee maker and WiFi didn’t work.
-
The toilet stopped working and noise on the floor was unexpected with kids. Chips in hallway

Although an IHG member, I was not offered my usual amenities which I get even if booked through Expedia. Expedia is always given the worst locations of rooms. I was down a hall quire a distance from the elevator. There were six rooms, and I was the only one down there. Rather uncomfortable for a single woman traveler. LOved having a few slot machines in the restaurant/bar area!!!

Two night stay for work. Room was fine and heat / air worked well. Probably wasn’t as clean as I expected. Elevator floor was dirty, trash can outside had trash overflowing the whole time. The outside looked worse for wear. Staff was friendly.
-
Hotel was dirty. Same spots on the floor by the elevator every day that they didn't clean. No hot water for the shower. Parking was terrible with no spots available to park. No housekeepers spoke English. Had to call every day for toilet paper, staff didn't take out garbage. Just not a good experience.

Would never stay here again
-
The only thing good about the property was the great staff! This place needs updating and hallway carpets need cleaning! Needs a good cleaning!
