Reception was very welcoming and answered all of my questions. The rooms were really clean and well maintained. The beds were really comfortable and I would definitely stay here again. I don’t have any concerns about the property.

Someone knocked twice on the connecting door in the middle of the night, which scared my kids. The air-conditioning power button and temperature controls were broken, so we could not adjust the temperature properly. There was also a musty smell in the room, although I’m not sure where it was coming from. Overall, the room was not clean or comfortable, and sever

Good location for Oakland Colliseum cricket. Room a little small no closet. Cleaning staff friendly and helpful. Would stay again if in same area.

NA Location is not safe. Very clearly used for human trafficking. WiFi didn’t work. Wouldn’t allow for a change in the booking saying they don’t do cancellations. Yeah but no one should be forced to stay in a place they aren’t safe and are afraid of being taken. Update: and even though the front desk already refused to help, I’m now getting phone calls about this review. But still no refund for the unused nights.

Clean and simple. Could've requested for a different room that didn't slightly smell like smoke but it was okay. Sweet location for Oakland Coliseum concert goers. Less than 5 min. Drive.
