No coffee in room and need small refrigerators in rooms

It was very loud. The inner atrium was super loud and the walls are paper thin. The single bed room we had had no windows until we got moved to another room, which did have windows

Good location and comfortable

Breakfast was always delicious, I needed light things for a fussy stomach and the staff were so helpful. Soup for breakfast or even a plate of fruit with yogurt, or full breakfast was easy and quick and the coffee was always fresh. But, if you're not used to "local places" you might not be as happy, but we love this little hotel and the excellent value for our money. Sometimes was a little noisy between other guests coming in late, but earplugs work just fine. The bar does play music until 10pm but never late in the night.

Clean, friendly staff, gate closed in the evening. Need your room key in order to proceed to your room. Good location, safe , near food places to go have a drink and chill with family or friends. Receptionist can arrange Taxi pick up . Zocalo is 15 min driving distance . Safe location, peaceful. Maybe they can just place their ? upper middle of the bathroom shower that your able to take a more comfortable shower as water ? power is not as strong. But besides that very pleased and comfortable and would highly recommend. Planning on staying there next trip to Oaxaca . The water pressure , and believe they were clogged or maybe suggest to move them to the middle of the chalk g of the restroom to slow ave this issues.

Great location, food in restaurant was good, friendly and attentive staff, easy off-street parking. Room was small, bed was on a wooden base we kept stubbing our toes on. Hallway lights were on motion sensors, good idea considering Mexican electricity rates, but they needed some adjustment so that guests are not stumbling around in the dark.

bathroom was ok, good pressure, no water issues, room service was great always had new water bottles available, they fully charged for the room one week before arriving despite selecting "charge upon arrival" when booking room....old hotel, very high price for a low-quality place, heater did not work, smelly old carpet, old towels, front desk did not allow a late checkout (busy week) despite we saw a lot of vacant rooms, room on 4th floor had a window with no lock, easy to open and we felt unsafe as several family members are sleepwalkers, also a lot of noise from street activity very early in the mornings. Definitely not coming back to this hotel.

Our Maid was so great she couldn’t do enough for us! Some of the older reception staff were not so friendly or helpful. The rooms don’t offer a coffee maker or a safe.

The location was perfect for us--just a few blocks from my in-laws house. In addition, the hotel had a large parking lot and was conveniently located near several excellent restaurants, bakeries, ATM's, shops etc. A box of Kleenex, a coffee maker and an iron/ironing board in the room would have been nice to have.
