It supposed to be cancelation free and no prepayment needed but they charge full amount in advance without even asking

The only good thing about this property is that it’s walking distance to the Zocalo The property is run down, dirty. The bathroom is awful! You have to wear water shoes to shower. The property charged us about $100 more than the rate I booked with Booking.com

This is my second time at this hotel and I love it. The staff is friendly, it’s a very calm quiet hotel and walking distance to everything.

Very uncomfortable beds. Shower never had hot water. Internet only works in the lobby.

Place was absolutely filthy, bedsheets were like something out of a horror movie, ended up sleeping on the floor. Was some form of blood on the towel, booked 4 nights checked out after 1 night

My family stayed in a room there and they were very accomadating. The receptionist was lovely and helpful.

Staff were polite. Water was hot. The location was walking distance from everything! Only hotel not booked completely for Dia de Los muertos I had to ask 3 times for a toilet seat to be put on the toilet.
