Lovely helpful staff Comfortable rooms Well equipped Great location Could not fault it in fact! ?? No piscina, but we knew that! ? It was super hot that's why! ? The rooms had A/C ??

This place was exactly what I was looking for. Believe me, that short distance away from El Centro is well worth it. I had been staying at another place in the midst of it all for a couple of weeks. The noise from the bars and cars made sleep nearly impossible. Here I got peace and quiet. It's clean and comfortable. The staff were all very sweet and helpful. The small fridge came in handy. And did I mention it was quiet? I slept well.

It was clean and quiet. Every thing worked very efficient. Would be nice to have a restaurant but theres food everywhere close by

It is a small hotel with very nice staff attentive for your needs. It is not located close to the main square and this makes its quiet and peaceful. Everything is in walking distance and is easy to get a taxi anytime for a very fair price. It will be nice to have a full operating cafeteria not just for breakfast.

We were not able to refill our water pitcher because there was no drinking water available, they ran out and said they didn't get water delivered. We had some drinking waters we had bought so not a big deal. But I do think this is something they should not be without.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The ad indicates "restaurant" and "airport shuttle." The restaurant is only open for breakfast and it is not included in the cost. The airport shuttle is the staff calling a taxi for you that you also have to pay for. The cost of staying here is very high so those things being included would be beneficial.

The staff was very attentive y súper amable! It was a quick 10 min walk to the zocalo which is perfect when around the festivities because it’s far enough away where the streets are calm and peaceful. The rooms are equipped with AC and perfect for sleep, but whoever uses the sofa bed will run hot depending on the weather. You can only do so much with a tower fan and open windows.

Great staff, location, and clean!

Great location as it was centrally located and most sites were about a 10-15 walk in opposite directions. A special shout out to Dulce who was an amazing host. The suite had super comfortable bed, and nice hang out spaces both inside and outside of the suite.

The apartment was spacious, comfortable (beds were great) and incredibly clean and all the staff but especially Dulce were superb and the location was great! The apartment was quite noisy at times as the design meant you could hear everything from outside! Also some of the lighting was very low eg bathroom

Everything - super friendly staff, spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms, very clean and comfortable. Small kitchen with essentials also useful. Less than 10 min walk from the main square. Wifi didn't always work but this wasn't an issue for us. Very family friendly. Not much natural light in the apartment but it did not bother us at all.

Clean modern rooms, beautiful communal area. It’s an oasis of quiet and comfort in a busy city. 10 minutes walk to main square makes it an ideal location. Staff (Dulce and Neo) are very helpful and pleasant.

Loved the location of the property. Our suite was spacious, well equipped and very well maintained and beautifully decorated. The staff and the manager, however, made the difference .... thanks to them our stay was not just a comfortable one, but an amazingly comfortable and enjoyable stay. The ever so helpful Noe was always around to help with any help we needed. And the manager the lovely and super friendly manager, Dulcet, was ever so welcoming and willing to help, with advice and recommendations ...... she is a fountain of knowledge when it comes to info of Oaxaca. As soon as we arrived and were welcomed by Dulce, she was so warm, friendly and welcoming, we straight away knew we would enjoy a very homely and enjoyable stay at the Marialicia suites. Nothing to not like

Quiet + great bed= great night’s sleep. Dûce at the front desk was do helpful and offered tons of advise about where to go and what to see. Easy walk to the local mercados and amazing bakery a few blocks away. We are happy with our stay.

The location is walking distance from centro so there was not so loud during night. Good Japanese and Italian restaurants were nearby. The room is large enough for family. Shower pressure is not so strong, so it will take time to complete shower. Water seems to be a problem in Oaxaca historically.

This was an exceptional place. It was spacious for 9 day stay. The kitchen facilities were excellent. Lovely natural materials were used to build the units. There also was a very nice outdoor space.

I like the modern feel of the suites and the amount of space, including patio. The rooms are clean and secure. The staff is very friendly and the zocalo is a short ten minute walk away. The neighborhood can be loud at night with fireworks going off at all hours. A dog was barking right behind the hotel and barked all night long.
