Great location even down to deer and highland cows in the fields adjacent. Iain was very responsive (our gas cylinder ran out). Very nice restaurant next door. The beds were very narrow. The single beds were like children’s beds.

Quiet location in the countryside, but close to things we wanted to do and see.

Great cottage, well equipped and comfortable! That we couldn't stay longer...

Iain is a great host and we enjoyed our time in his cottage! He accommodated to our every request and was helpful throughout our entire stay. We loved that we were in the middle of nature, a short drive away from hikes and scenic landscapes, but also from a bigger town in the area (Oban). Accommodation was as advertised, everything was clean and tidy. We loved that we had a bedroom for ourselves and a separate bedroom for our toddler -

The host was very friendly upon our arrival and even gave us some advice on some nice walks as well as on restaurants. The cottage is only a few minutes (ca. 15') away from Oban by car - You will find everything you need in Oban, and the town is bustling with activity on weekends! There is also a beach just a few minutes from the cottage by foot. The cottage itself is in a very quiet area and we even spotted some rabbits in the morning/evening as well as the highland coos grazing in front of the cottage! Be aware that one of the bedrooms is quite cramped, so we had to store our luggage in the living room. This was no problem for us, but if this would bother you, maybe look for another option.

It’s so quite! Beautiful view on the mountain, close to the beach (10 minutes walking distance). The host was so nice, friendly and helpful. He provided all information on where and how to get to see seals in the evening (not far from the house, 5 -7 minutes by car). In the evening you can spot deers on the field, lots of rabbits, and of course sheep. We had all kitchen appliances, so no need to worry about anything if you would like to cook for yourself. We liked the most about this property that it’s quiet, perfect distance from the main road and all noises. I would definitely visit again :) N/A

The cottage is very nicely furnished, spacious and clean. The host is nice, he was flexible when we changed our arrival time last minute. Lots of parking places are available. The location is very peaceful, from the living room you can watch the rabbits jumping around. :) There is a washing machine, but there is nowhere to dry the clothes if the weather is bad (though you can go to the nearby camping equipped with drying machines).

Wonderful location, lots to see and do. Very helpful and accommodating. Everything you needed for a short stay away. Little bit shabby and needed to be updated in areas. There was a problem with mildew in one area.

We stayed in the Barn, it was okay for 2 nights, there was shower, some kitchen, beds were fairly comfortable. The owners are very nice and their daughter is extremely cute :) The listing advertised fireplace in the first sentence - well, there was one, electric and not working. There is no view from the window - basically, the widows are so small, you need to turn on lights even during the day. And you still want to keep windows closed to get some privacy. The most disappointment were the kitchen and living room - the oven was dirty, there was no hood, so the smell after cooking was not nice at all. Overall, I wouldn't stay there again.

Great owner Lain with which i had great talk on the beginning (he seemed like interesting person) also great contact with him on whatsapp before arriving. Cottage was situated just on outskirt of Benderloch it was not far to Oban and Fort William. Free parking is +. Nice quiet area. Cottage was cold at first but heat up pretty quickly with heaters provided. Bathroom stays a bit colder unfortunately. I liked how Lain went extra step and gave us sim card we could use and tips for going to Ben Nevis.
