This family-run hotel is located in Oberaudorf, in the Bavarian Alps. Guests enjoy free use of the indoor pool, sauna and gym. Parking is free. The cuisine is traditionally Bavarian with modern accents, without any flavor additives. Everything is handmade, fresh, and "clean food." Special diets and allergies are taken into account at any time upon request. The Münchner Stubn, the winter garden, and the beer garden are available to guests as relaxation areas from 3:00 PM, and the attractive beverage packages invite guests to serve themselves. The Hotel Wilder Kaiser has a large garden with a sunbathing area and children’s playground. The spa also offers massages.

The location is convinient, close to motorway. The garden, pool, facilities are good. Room Was clean. Staff in the restaurant very positive, helpful and kind. The only issue was the reception and the car charging point that is always not available when you want to use it. I had to argue with the manager on duty for 30 minutes until they let me in to charge the car. I would not stay at your hotel if you would not say on booking.com that you have charging point available for your customers. I was basically told to go the ”petrol stations” to pay for my charge instead as the Duty Manager of this place has to pay for her petrol car. This person was just rude to me and totally unprofessional….not to mention that She was laughing at me that electric cars are not real cars ;) I am happy to provide more info to the hotel managment about this incident or to booking com, if you are interested. Will rather not use again just because of this unpleasent situation at the reception and the fact that they do not want customers to use their charging point….and to be honest…I am happy to pay for the charging, but you need to be prepared for it. The service manager on duty was just a disaster.

The staff were very accommodating and helpful, especially as we were travelling with our toddler. Facilities were cosy, clean and well kept. Location is great, just off the motorway on the outskirts of a beautiful little town. A little supermarket 200m away. A great little brewery next door. And the Llamas in the garden were lots of fun and they gave our toddler a Llama t-shirt as a departing gift! Also, breakfast buffet was great. Nothing really, it was genuinely hard to fault.

Breakfast buffet had everything you need. Nothing too fancy, but good for a family hotel. The pool and sauna was very nice to use after a day of skiing. It is only 25 minutes from the Scheffau Ski Lift by car. Very easy to get to and easy to find and park. The WiFi didn't work in our room.

I wasn't able to get a meal. Also, despite i asked to prepare a take-away breakfast since I had to leave early, nothing was waiting for me.

Very nice place There Was electric car charger on the hotels parking, but there was a card required to start it, but reception did not have it and did not know how to help me.

Very clean, breakfast & evening buffet was good. Arrived for breakfast and the two staff just looked at us, then looked away and continued talking to each other. This is my only complaint.
