Staff was very friendly and helpful since I'm not German speaking. And was always very patient with my toddler. My room was very dusty. You could see where was cleaned and where was skipped.. n my daughter has lung issues..

Kind hotel staff, room was pleasant for a fair price. The parking garage is tight, and at the entrance there is a steep and tight corner with a high curb. Not sure if it's officially part of the hotel, but the hotel does have certain agreements with the garage so they can offer a fixed rate per night.

Very convenient location, with parking directly connected to the hotel reception. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent, and we really appreciated having coffee available throughout the day and drinks in the evening. The connecting rooms were very spacious and worked perfectly for our family of four. The air-conditioned rooms were especially comfortable during the very hot days of the heatwave. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Nothing specific
