Their service. I disliked that the waste bins at the entrance were full, with trash on the ground, and no one was there to empty them and keep the area clean. Again, not all the items listed on my booking confirmation printout from Booking.com, such as radio, wake-up service, alarm clock, tea/coffee maker, drying rack for clothing, board games/puzzles, DVDs, or music for children, etc, were available in my hotel room. Almost all of the TV channels were in Dutch, and I couldn't access them. Since the hotel serves guests from all over the world, management would need to make some adjustments for their international guests.
