The terrible attitude of the receptionist who was making fun of my disability managed to ruin the stay from the very first minute. The shower was separated from the rest of the bathroom by a narrow piece of glass, so the whole bathroom floor ended up wet.

Staff at the canteen were very nice The room was clean Staff were very good when they are around There was a microwave you can heat your food Sheets were clean I like the sitting area downstairs very comfortable We received emails about how to locate our keys to our rooms WiFi was very good There was no receptionist when we arrived a group of us. Some have no keys to their rooms though an emergency number was displayed at the reception. Which we called and someone came to see to us. Rooms are quiet small No doors to the bathroom no privacy and it’s right next to the entrance to the room.

Nothing The reception was not 24hrs service most of my colleagues who got there midnight couldn't access their key to their room, the rooms were not cleaned the service overall was very poor and l will never recommend it to anyone

The safe was not working in that room. Also found the the room had very limited spaces to hang used towels to dry or clothes except for a few hangers and not drawers or wardrobe.

Super clean room, quiet and good air conditioning which was a huge bonus. No kettle in the room and the pillows were very small and not good quality. I'd bring your own!
