The beds were super comfy, however did have difficulty with figuring out ac. Staff came immediately to adjust. Was sooo cold finally turned it off. Staff was very kind, professional and definitely would stay again.

Room was clean but carpets felt soapy. There is a sign that renovation is happening. We were here a year ago and renovations were happening then too. Nice selection of breakfast options. I would ask for a top floor next time. People above us were getting ready at 4 am. We could hear their foot steps.

Daytime front desk person seemed aggravated/annoyed by inquiries and requests. I also work nights online and was unable to get any sleep over my two day stay because there was a non stop banging noise for the whole day both days. Tile chipping I believe.

Be careful...this might be a hotel that rents to the city/state for homelessness....Overall... friendliness and cleanliness can take MUCH work
