Our first room, we walked in and the TV was laying on the dresser. The appliances were all turned off and the only way to plug them back in would have been to pull them out from the wall. We switched rooms easily enough however the 2nd room wasn't going to work either because the fire alarm battery needed replacing. It keep beeping every couple of minutes. And the AC wasn't working properly which is a deal breaker in the Florida summer heat. We gave it one last try and switched rooms again. This time the sliding glass door (bottom floor unit) wouldn't lock. To top it off there was a HUGE spider in the hallway. We got our money back and went home. Thankfully we only lived an hour and a half away. This was supposed to be a little get away for my husband and I.

Payton was nice and so was the rest of the gentleman that worked at the Lobby but, they provide you with toilet paper initially and then if you need more, you’re out of luck. I went to ask for it around 7pm and the guy at the lobby told me they don’t have a key and there was really nothing he could do. Then in the AM, I went to the lobby again to ask and they guy took my room number down but no one ever came. Needless to say, I had to go and buy. There was also roaches in the room which throw me off. Wasn’t a terrible stay, but I sure won’t be staying there again.

Good stay. Good parking. Nice pool

During the 7 days I was there we had working water 2 & it was either ice cold or peel your skin off the bone hot . Storm surge took out the tv the first night and couldn’t get maintenance to tend to that ! They have a “bouncer” with an ankle monitor on kicking people out at 11 am sharp if you hadn’t paid but they would allow late payment. If you want a quit trip to the Bronx NY stay a night or 2 the pool is 24/7

La peor reserva que pueda hacer un ser humano en la vida y es el hotel más caro que he podido ver para las condiciones que tiene parece un hotel para animales

Needs a real good outside cleaning and hallway
-
The location Dirty entryways and hallways; a stinking, filthy room with stained sheets; a dirty floor covered in animal hair; a dirty, stained bathroom with no toilet paper. When we reported this at the lobby, we were told the person responsible for the supplies wasn't there and had taken the key with them. I felt terrible—so much so that I checked out after just 30 minutes.

Worst hotel eve3. Lost water for 5 days.

I booked because it had a full fridge and freezer and I had food for the road. The fridge and freezer didn’t work. It was plugged in but didn’t work. Apparently it hadn’t for some time, judging but the smell. The fire alarm was continuously beeping, indicating low battery. I slept through that, though. No soap or shampoo in the bathroom. Roaches in room. Rather odd considering the room was otherwise pretty clean. Even the TV remote wasn’t working properly. Even for Motel 6, this was pretty bad.

Clean rooms... Staff very nice and helpful.. very quiet.. for the price overall a nice place

I gave them 4 stars because a few members of staff I came in contacted with were great and helpful and very patient. My room was clean but the shower was not very clean and the shower door keeps rolling open on me cause water to go all over the floor so the floor gets soaked with water every time I show. Outside my room the hallways a pieces of trash all over the floor and outside walkway and stairs could use some attention. The pool is great and the area is good for things you may have gotten at house family dollar general dollar ate about the same distanceapart in different directions places to eat ate all over. Nice grass areaaround the propertyto walk and if you have a furry friend plenty of run around room. Not bad for the prices of the hotel. Tou get what you pay for right. Ao I guvw them 4 starts
