I rented two rooms for three nights at a cost of over $3,400. One room was satisfactory. However, the second room (room #11) had a shower that put out so little water that it was impossible to bathe. I notified the inn keeper and they were unable to fix it. We were told that after maintenance tried to fix the shower, that the flow had improved, but that was not the case as I tried to use the shower that night. Imagine, renting a room at the beach for not a little bit of money and not being able to shower. I asked to be moved but was told that all the rooms were filled. However, there were multiple guests who checked in the following day. I was credited around $500 for one night. Additionally, the air conditioner was very loud in that room. So, given the fact that the shower didn’t work, there was no accommodation made to move us to another room, and the air conditioner was very loud, I would not recommend this location nor will I be staying there ever again. But, they have my money…

Meticulously clean and updated rooms. Home is in a perfect location ( 4th from the beach) we walked the beautifully groomed neighborhood. Each level has a deck to enjoy. Will definitely go back again.

Free bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas to use and only 3 houses to the beach! Amazing breakfast and different places to eat(on porch) and inside and little areas to tuck away and read a book! Nothing

Easy check in and check out! Staff was so nice and helpful! Beds were very comfy! Shower stall was a little small but the towels were soft which is a huge plus! Loved having a fridge in the room and beach accessories to use, especially the bikes! One of the bikes needed to be fixed but we let the inn keeper know. Overall a great stay!

Beautiful hotel and wonderful location!

A wonderful spot and with breakfast daily!! Bernadette was amazing and friendly, always with a smile! Small quaint little room in a comfortable home great for our girls weekend! Would come again!

Love this place. Amazingly close to the beach, room very, very clean, water, beach, chairs, and towels, great breakfast, coffee, and cookies throughout the day. A perfect jersey shore getaway we will be back.

Love this place. It has a great porch with the ocean in view. The full bath with a tub separate from the shower was a huge plus. Location Location Location. Nice having food in the morning that is substantial. Coffee all day and most of the night is a plus for me or you can make tea. Thanks I hope to return again this year. :) This room unlike the 1st time I stayed, did not have an easy way to see the view. However, my own bathroom in the room made it great.

Great breakfast and proximity to beach a perfect stay

The Beachliner is a lovely hotel with more of a bed and breakfast feel. The breakfast is great. We stayed during the spring while in the area for a concert at the Stone Pony. The location was perfect for us to walk to dinner and the Stone Pony, even in the rain. The offered amenities such as bikes, beach access, and multiple outdoor patios would certainly be excellent in better/warmer weather.

So many wonderful things about The Beachliner Hotel. It was very conveniently located-steps away to the beach. Easy street parking, the innkeeper Bernadette was so kind and helpful. Easy check in and easy check out. The beds were very comfortable and there was a lovely balcony on the floor. Plus breakfast was included daily and free towels, chairs, umbrellas were available to use on the beach. Also bikes. Lovely seaside town, beach was wonderful, not noisy or commercialized. Beautiful quaint beach town. Highly recommend. Getting our suitcases up was a little tough but ok. The stairs are a bit steep (we were on the 3rd floor).
