The fire alarm went off about 8am and front desk didn't give explanation of what caused it. No fire dept showed up. No fire in the building. So we never knew what was the cause. Also when i went to shower the shower was clogged up. It was not draining properly. The hallway carpets looked like they never vacuumed them. We only ate a bagel because all food was very low or none when we went to eat breakfast.

I loved how welcoming and kind the staff was, if I needed anything, anyone I asked from the night time to the day time Excellent service. Also a shout out to breakfast time man who found me some hot chocolate! Thank you very much!

Waited about 10 minutes to checkin due to no staff in front. My fiance and a gentleman also waiting had to look around to finally find someone. Room details state the rooms are sound proof, thats not at all accurate. Worst sleep Ive had in a hotel. 1st night couple next door were fighting which was no fault of the hotel and security did take care of it promptly. 2nd and 3rd night could hear all the steps on top floor and next door which was staffing. Definitely do not recommend king suite on 3rd floor. Its next to the utility and stairs and could hear every step. Had to turn on air and TV to drown the noise. Only positive was cleanliness and staff was nice.

My room was not cleaned properly my blankets not folded. I was not asked to participate in the wheel of fortune. Attendance who booked our room not friendly at all

Yes, staff refused to understand the situation that I was booked in the wrong city when going for a funeral in a neighboring city. I ended up having to book a second stay in the correct city.
