Studio 6 Odessa, TX

From the moment I arrived, the front desk and lobby area gave a very neglected and disorganized impression. Practically everything there seems to be for sale, yet they don’t even provide something as basic as complimentary coffee for guests. There is also no breakfast included, something many hotels offer even at a lower price. The room did not meet reasonable expectations for cleanliness or basic amenities either. The bathroom had no shampoo or other basic toiletries, only soap. The countertop, coffee maker, and other surfaces were visibly covered with dust, which is particularly disappointing in a room that should have been properly cleaned and prepared before a guest arrives. The lighting deserves a special mention: it is extremely poor. The few lamps in the room barely provide enough light, making it feel as though the place is still waiting to move on from the era of gas lighting. I don’t expect luxury when I pay for a hotel room. I expect cleanliness, basic amenities, and reasonable value for the money I spend. Unfortunately, during this stay, I found none of those three at the standard I would reasonably expect.

The room was a good size and was very clean when we arrived. The ac unit worked great and kept the room cool.

Clean room, tile floor, fairly quiet, nice staff, used as a place to sleep during the day and was able to. AC kept up with the 100+ days. All i needed for work accomodations. Will stay again.

Property is definitely not new construction in the last 5 years, as claimed. Furniture is well worn. There is patchwork in the bathtub. Tops of mirrors and doors are definitely not cleaned. The bed was comfortable and the channel selection on the TV was very good.

For one night as we passed through West Texas on our way to Fort Worth, this was a clean, comfortable, and spacious motel with well-maintained rooms. It checked all our boxes: Everything in the room worked, the shower had good pressure and easy-to-regulate water temperature, and we had all the room we needed for our luggage and electronics. Studio 6 is way better than a Motel 6—a relief for us, as we've had lousy experiences at Motel 6 properties.

Stayed here for a single night and had a really pleasant experience overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a quick stopover. My only complaint was that the bath towels were pretty small and felt a bit old/worn out. Other than that, everything was great and I’d definitely stay again!

Neighbors yelled and argued all day.

I would not recommend it. Very old motel used mostly by oil field workers.

Hot water. Clean room. Bed was comfy. Area was very quiet. Towels were not bright white anymore.

The staff was incredibly kind, but the room was dirty and it was very difficult to get any help getting it cleaned. There were no towels in the bathroom. Unfortunately, the television didn’t work and they never came up to fix it.
