Motel 6 Ogden, UT- Downtown

Smell bad. The rug dirty. Poor cleaning. Overall not recommend

No hot water for the few nights I was there.

Nice Motel 6. Very nice staff. Good location. Great price. Plenty of shaded parking. Didn’t partake of the pool or 24 hr coffee, but they are nice amenities. It would have been nice if the room had a frig, but I did appreciate the 3 bath towels!

Nice quiet stay as always. The staff is very helpful and kind. The room was clean and quiet.

Softest sheets ever. However the check-in staff (owner I think) were worthless and rude. I paid $72 and it was worth $28.

Never had a problem with the AC, always working. The rooms have always been clean. Could use some mopping.

Clean room and very nice staff

My bed had stains on top blanket, then the next, then the next I ended up pulling all blankets and sheets off to find blood and mold on the mattress. Staff gave us a new room. But manager also said that if I wanted a nice hotel I would have to go somewhere else and pay $250/night. I know you get what you pay for but there should be some standards with such a big chain. Smell of weed everywhere. There were Rooms with boarded up windows. We pulled up one night with 3 police searching a car next door. Next night we pulled up to two police cars at the motel. Microwaves were unsafe- melted and peeling plastic and metal .

The room was clean. All staff members were courteous. Free coffee 24/7. Go checkout the free beautiful botanical garden at the riverfront. Gas station next door. Nice view of the mountains across the street. No... I had to pull out the bed end table to use a socket, so I could charge my phone. I did not like the smell of incense used throughout the property interior. The road is extremely noisy. Score... 4 out of 5 for a one night stay.

Always enjoyed staying here the price is unbeatable and so is the staff. If you looking for a short or long term stay this is the place that saves you $ and provides amenities that you want to have for your stay. It's perfect for me and my animals that are free of charge which makes it easier and once again saves you $ by allowing your animals for free @ a unbeatable price. You can't go wrong with this property. 💯😎💋

It was a good choice for us in the moment. It's not fancy, and the walls could have been cleaner, the trim was coming off in the bathroom behind the toilet. It still was an enjoyable stay. There's a pool, and it had a nice family atmosphere. Overall, I would recommend.

The staff was super friendly. The room was not the cleanest. We slid the fridge over so we could use the outlets and the stuff under was so gross. The baseboards and walls were very dirty as was the shower. We adked for extra towels when we saw the cleaning staff and she was extremely rude about it. The cleaning staff could definitely take more time on each room.

This was the worst of our stays out of roughly 12 Motels / Inns etc. We were told that there was no smoking yet the place was inundated with the smell of pot from the moment we checked in. People directly outside check in smoking pot in their car with windows open. They wouldn't accept my Aussie licence as ID, took a $100 deposit for a run down place. My son and I check out at 5am in the morning because I couldn't sleep in a pot infested hotel. No point in telling people they can't smoke in the room yet allow everyone to smoke directly outside of every entry point in. The room smelt of pot, things were a little run down. After we left we could still smell the pot on our clothes from this particular Motel the next day. Would recommend sleeping in your car before this place.

Passable

The room was clean and tidy. The bathroom wasn't as clean as it should have been. There was stuff still in the shower that hadn't been taken care of, and the whole bathroom seemed like it had been lightly cleaned. We also had a fire in the motel and were evacuated for 30-40 minutes at 5 in the morning.
