Melina was a great host. My flight was delayed and did not land til after midnight and she met me at the car to walk me to the hotel at 1am. She recommended restaurants and excursions. She organized everything and checked in on me daily. She felt like a friend who wanted to ensure you had the perfect holiday. You can tell she loves her job. The room was spacious and clean. Very charming. The location was perfect, right near the domes. The only downside was no view and no pool but I would still recommend this hotel. If you book the suite, you get the private roof deck, view and private jacuzzi.

Close to everything we wanted to see, easily accessible, came with an amazing hostess Melina who went over the top to give us the best time! As with anywhere in Santorini that’s worth staying, it was a lot of suitcase up cobblestone but incredibly worth it

The property was in the perfect location. Close to plenty of shops and restaurants. Our host Melina, was amazing! She made our stay so special and was always very attentive. She gave us great recommendations and guidance throughout out stay. She made everything so easy for us. We highly recommend this hotel when in Santorini.

Location was close to bus stop, restaurants, shopping and attractions. Getting luggage to the apartment was relatively easy with only a few steps to contend with compared to other options. Property manager was very helpful. NA

Bed, fridge, clutery and plates. Mini sink. They receive you with a small wine sample. Breaker was shutting down when ironing.

Location was very convenient. Stairs to Loft and Hot Tub was very steep and protruded into main room circulation area.

The cleanliness is very important to me so kudos to the staff in that area. The hotel is also very near to restaurant, shops, and spots where you can take pictures. n/a

So many ants in the kitchen. Location is good. But it is hard to find. U have to pay 5$ to clean the toe.

The hotel is located in a strategic place in Oia. The hotel manager was great! He shared with us a lot of information about places to go and excursions and he was always available. The room was really clean and confortable!

Perfect location in Oia right next to the heart of the town without being subject to the noise.

I'm not sure if this is the property's fault or just Santorini in general since it is quite high up, but the tap water was sometimes yellow or even brown. We needed to let it run a few minutes before it ran clear again.

Amazing property in the heart of Oia, had very spacious attic balcony with hot tub overlooking the sunset. The lodging manager Kostas was extremely kind and helpful, providing a little itinerary of spots to see and places to eat and drink that ended up being fantastic! He also helped arrange our ride back to port and walked us there to ensure we were alright. Would certainly return here No complaints!

the customer service was great! the bed is excellent quality with perfect pillows! the building is modern and clean. I felt safe and secure. it was a little challenging to walk from where the taxi dropped us off and we had to drag all of our luggages through small little tiny streets with lots of people around through cobblestone pathways.

Brilliant location, very central but on a quiet street of the main thoroughfare. The only thing is if you are on the ground floor you are right on the street. The room is really clean with monochrome decor. Tea and Coffee facilities are in the room. Breakfast is to order and delivered in takeaway cartons, the options were good but personally would rather have had breakfast as optional as there was no view where you could sit and enjoy plus the breakfast was cold by the time it was delivered and I would rather have enjoyed my breakfast in one of the lovely cafes close by

The location was good and the communication easy with the person in charge of the hotel The shower gets full of water after using it it’s impossible to use the batch room
