The room was nice, and the staff were very welcoming, helpful, and kind I’m giving it an 8 because our stay went well and the staff were lovely. However, there are definitely things that need improvement. First of all, some lights in our room weren't working—such as the ones for the indoor Jacuzzi. Also, the outdoor Jacuzzi isn't on the same level as the room; you have to go outside and up to a terrace. That’s fine, but it really should be specified for guests with mobility issues. The view was superb. The worst part, though, was breakfast. Despite the quality of the food, it isn't a buffet, so the selection is limited, and you have to pay extra for water, milk, or tea. But the real issue was the wait time; one of the mornings we had to interrupt our breakfast short so we wouldn't miss an activity—we waited over 50 minutes, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this standing.

Amazing views!!!! The staff were incredible. They have a porter who takes your bags to your room! The location is at the beginning of the pedestrian only area. Very quiet and private. Anna communicated with us via WhatsApp ahead if time and took care of arrangements for transport. She is very friendly and helpful. This is an FYI, our room was at the bottom of the hill. 100 steps to get to the room. If you have mobility concerns this is not the room for you. If your mobility is fine than you are good to go.

The room was very clean and exactly as shown in the photos. The view was incredible too and overall would definitely recommend staying here! The only feedback I have is the wifi is not great in the bedroom, worked best in the patio area and living room area. This is not a big deal as we spent most of our time out exploring the area.

The staff was a 10☆. If you ask they will be at your door immediately. I have already recommended it to our friends. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and clean. Large shower with rain shower and handle (Just need shelves). The Blue Horizon room with surrounding views was amazing. Ours had 2 balconies that couldn't have asked for more privacy and seating area. Being at the beginning of the famous Oia Blue Dome walk was so convenient to everything. Groceries on either side is so convenient to grab waters, snacks and drinks. Needs a second garbage can and shelf in the shower to hold soaps and shampoos. It is above Luno Cafe that plays music at night that may interrupt kids sleeping We didn't mind as we were very tired from walking all day and slept through it.

I have never experienced such exceptional hospitality before. They genuinely care about every detail, not only about your stay in the hotel but also about your entire experience in Santorini. They help with what to do, where to eat, make reservations, and arrange everything seamlessly. The room size was perfect, and even the shower area had a beautiful view. You truly feel at home.

The view is amazing. The property is clean and spacious. The staff, especially Denis, is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. Nothing. Everything was perfect.

The location is great and the views are amazing. But the best part was the staff. They were all fantastic!

Location and views. Best views of the Caldera and the rim. Also nicely located in the village of Oia. Walking distance from the restaurants and public parking The included breakfast at cafe Luno was not great for vegetarians. The villas required quite climbing up and down - not an issue for us, however for those with mobility constraints may find it challenging. This is typical of most properties in Santorini. Also the AC did not work initially and Jacuzzi also did not heat up water. They needed to be fixed. We were in a group and had 11 rooms. The villas are in 3 different locations (all close by), however splitting the group was not ideal.

At check in they were going to give me another room different that I selected, I had to pay 100usd extra for the room that I reserved (private jacuzzi nice view) because they argue that I selected another room, they add breakfast good breakfast

We were met upon arrival at Oia by our host and a helpful assistant to carry our luggage to our room, which made us feel like VIP’s from the start. The room was well appointed and incredibly spacious, and our view was amazing (see pictures). Fresh waters were delivered daily and coffee was always stocked. The breakfast was the perfect way to start our day! Our host was very knowledgable about the area and helped us plan our time on the island to get the most out of our stay, and the best part, he was always just a text away (and yes- we texted him with questions, requests, etc- to which he responded immediately). The property is just beautiful and the location is ideal. We hiked, sailed, shopped and dined- and had a wonderful time. We highly recommend.

Location. Just beautiful. -did not have direct access to the plunge pool from our balcony. We had to walk up a set of steps to access. -we booked a sunset wine tasting thru WP. We asked what time should we should arrange for pick up and they said 7:00 pm should be fine. It was way too early. I felt there was a miss with what we requested and what was offered. In addition, the experience did not scale with the price we paid versus what independent booking companies offered. Our transfer fees we in addition to the amount we paid. -we paid for 2 breakfasts for each of days booked. On the last day of our stay, we needed to depart by 6:30 and were told that we could not get breakfast because restaurant did not open until 7:00 am. No other accommodations were offered.
