Close enough to town, just a short walk but very affordable. Loved views and hot tub and courtyard outside our rooms.

It was perfect location. Still close enough of a walk into Oia village. We had a car so we drove less than 5 minutes and were at the very entrance of all the good stuff. We could have walked though. We were happy we didn’t book a place directly in the main Oia caldera area because those villas with “private” pools had zero privacy and the thousands of people walking by could definitely look down onto anyone’s patio. The villas are great and quiet, I don’t think you would be disappointed booking here. You can tell everyone who works there put their heart into this property, great family owned hotel, very kind people.

The room, the view & the staff were amazing! Our host Osli was very helpful and accommodated all our requests without any fuss and with an easygoing manner. Location was great - near Oia but not in the crowded city.

I stayed 2 nights (June 19 - 21) at this beautiful property overlooking the ocean. As a cave property, the landscaping is excellent and the views from the property are just stunning. I would recommend this property to anyone considering a value fro money option in Santorini. The sunset point is a 15 - 20 minute walk but the entire location is so beautiful that you would not realize that you have walked for long. The host Olsi is just amazing and always available to assist with everyhing. Everything met my expectations.

This property was by far the most beautiful property I have ever stayed at and the service was second to none! We had a bottle of wine waiting in our room when we arrived, the view was incredible and we had our own private heated swimming pool! The manger was onsite and couldn’t do enough for us. He was our taxi wherever we wanted to go and arranged an ATV to be delivered to us and picked up at the hotel. He also arranged a dinner with a table to die for in the heart of Oia to watch the most beautiful sunset EVER! We will absolutely be back! Absolutely nothing!

Excellent location , stunning views ❤️,spotless clean, super excellent maintenance even on a rainy day , olsi is an amazing host always making sure we were ok and making sure we have access to transportation around, gentianna and paolina wwre over the top keeping our room clean and restocked all our cleanse supplies every day , ardit was really courteous and always caring for us , taking our luggage every time we need to thank you all for making our stay a super over the top experience, definitely planning our next stay with you guys I love everything about it

It’s far from the town. Not convenient to walk. Will need taxi especially at night to get to town. The jacuzzi doesn’t get hot. Very Luke warm water so not comfortable for chilly nights

The room was spacious, the view spectacular and a warm hot-tub on the patio. The patio was open to neighbors so not completely private.

Beautiful property in walking distance of downtown Oia. The staff was super kind and helpful with arranging transportation. The rooms were well equipped and spotless! Some stairs to access the property but the staff assisted with luggage so it wasn’t an issue.

was surprised that there's no full-body mirror in the room; definitely would have been a nice addition. The walk to Oia is more like 20 minutes with not much sidewalk space on the road but it is still manageable.
