Had an amazing and unforgettable stay at Andronis! We arrived at Crete and planned a private charter trip to Santorini, but unfortunately the weather was windy and we had to search for other transportation options. Ioanna was so helpful, giving different options on private boats, heli and other transportation, led communication with charters and so on. And later as we arrived one day later the date planned, we were given a nice upgrade of the room! The hotel is super nice, the location is right on the main street of Oia, and its still quiet and cosy) the views are spectacular, everywhere you look - its looks like a postcard?we will definitely come back! Great location!! Beautiful property with great food, service and views!!! Love the room design and patios with the private dipping pool. Walkable to great shopping , coffee, restaurants, hiking trail, etc.!! The staff is top-notch!! Bed could have been a bit more comfortable (I know people prefer different things when I comes to beds - they are low and soft and you could feel sleeping divots).

Great location and amazing views. The rooms are not designed for tall people. And there is no bathroom door… Our transfer to the ferry was delayed by 20 minutes and for someone like me - it was a stressful experience.

Beautiful location (which is an understatement), incredible staff - friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. Lovely breakfasts every morning, and great area for cocktails/dinner (though Lauda restaurant needs a separate review). Rooms are comfortable and stylish, and overall hotel was spotless Piped music was largely inoffensive, but not sure it was needed.

Everything Too many steps, but what can you do? It was worth it!

Perfect location. Views from every point in hotel or stunning. The staff was incredible, cleaned the rooms twice a day. Concierge was amazing. Whenever I requested anything, always answered with “consider it done”. And it always was. It was an amazing hotel.

The location and the views over the Caldera were spectacular. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. As Santorini is so busy, it was wonderful to stay in a small boutique hotel. Our room was very far down and the internet did not always work very well.

I do not even know where to start on how exceptional everything was! From the first moment we were greeted until we checked out it was just heaven! The room was so unique. The staff treated us like royalty. I love this place...yes, it was expensive but worth every penny. I felt connected to every staff member and they were as beautiful as the island they call home. Kudos to a job well done and a fantastic memory etched in my soul! The only thing I can say that I did not like was that I had to leave! It was perfection!

Let me give it to you straight: Santorini is a marvel. The entire island offers up views of the Aegean Sea that make you question whether or not your eyes are deceiving you. Add in the unique magic of The Andronis Boutique Hotel and reality becomes even harder to fathom. If it were any more gorgeous, travelers might think they were experiencing some sort of hoax, trick of the mind, or optical illusion. Perhaps that’s why they welcome you with a delicious glass of homemade sangria as soon as you arrive–so that your senses have time to adjust to the stunning panorama that surrounds you. After the reception team gives you an explanation of the hotel grounds and maps out some of the main attractions in the town of Oia, they will lead you to your room. Be prepared for your jaw to hit the floor, again. All of the suites are built into the side of a cliff wall. According to a local tour guide, many of the hotel suites in the area were originally used by the Spartans as strategic look-out points. The caves were later occupied by Grecian fishermen, before eventually being remodeled into luxury hotel suites. Each suite has its own terrace and hot tub and unobstructed view of royal blue water below. It’s the cavernous feel of the suites that makes you feel extra warm and cozy while staying with Andronis. Everything has a bit of a round edge; the white stone walls have retained some of their original curves, the ceiling is slightly arched, the doorways are arched, and even the shower has a domed-shape overhead and smooth stone underfoot. If you’re a Lord of the Rings fan, you might feel like you’re a Hobbit with your own little apartment in The Shire.

Top class. Staff were fantastic, everyone went above and beyond. Excellent location. And a view that leaves you longing to return. We had free breakfast but charged you extra for coffee and orange juice
