The service was truly the best we’ve ever experienced. The team went above and beyond to make our short stay incredibly special. They arranged a surprise private birthday dinner for my mom on our terrace, complete with flowers and a cake, and even sang Happy Birthday to her. It was such a thoughtful and unforgettable experience that we’ll cherish forever. The jacuzzi was amazing, the views were spectacular, and every detail was perfect. We can’t wait to come back and will be recommending Ikies Hotel to everyone visiting Santorini!

Our stay at Ikies Santorini was truly the highlight of our trip. I knew it was meant to be when I saw that we could stay in the Musician’s Suite, especially since I’m a musician! The suite was spacious and beautiful and the views were incredible! The location was perfect—peaceful and secluded enough to escape the crowds, yet only a short walk to the restaurants and shops. Every morning, the staff delivered a delicious breakfast to our room. The private balcony gave us complete privacy and watching the sunsets was breathtaking. Bed was very comfortable. The staff was wonderful - they were warm, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. We can’t wait to come back! Nothing. Everything was perfect!

The rooms were lovely and comfortable and the staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable and provided excellent recommendations for restaurants. The breakfast was great and it’s just outside the main tourist area which is ideal. Nothing! Everything was great—tip the staff, they deserve it!!

This is an incredible hotel. The view is the best in Santorini. I could have just sat in my balcony all day and been content. The staff is top notch. The rooms are unique. Built into the caves but very sunny and so comfortable. Wifi was a bit spotty deep in the unit, but that is to be expected as you are truly in a cave!

Jacuzzi could be cleaned more often and have inside-room temperature control instead of having to call the reception.

The view with the sea and caldera was so worth it! The staff were all super friendly! Our stay here easily elevated our experience in Santorini. I was very indecisive when booking hotels but decided to book this hotel upon my research. I'm very glad I did and I have no regrets! Easily the best hotel we've stayed at because of how clean our room was, our room was amazing, very modernized, very easy to communicate with staff, friendly staff, and great hotel accommodations. The food was super fresh and served to our rooms. Our stay also included AC, fridge, coffee maker. We liked everything!

10 out of 10 for the hotel and staff at IKIES Santorini. The location is perfect - about a 15-minute walk to the shopping and restaurant area in Oia, so you don't get noise from tourists and you have privacy to enjoy the view while at the hotel pool. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. They offer a pickup bus from the airport to the hotel, which was very convenient when our flight arrived at midnight in Santorini and departed early. The breakfast was really good with a variety of choices. I would definitely stay at the same hotel if I visit Santorini again. Katerina and all the other staff are the best.

Beautiful views and walkable to shops and restaurants in Oia. The host/receptionist was warm, welcoming, and very helpful at all times. The suite was amazing! The service was excellent! Thank you for a wonderful time! Everything was excellent.

Impeccable communication throughout our stay. Angelica truly made our stay extra special. We absolutely love our room the breakfast and most specially the room and the view. . There’s nothing like enjoying breakfast on our patio while soaking in the serene Aegan and Oia Village view. I would definitely book this hotel again. Nothing
