Consistently the best hotel I visit. Always spotlessly clean, fully equipped, amazing food and drinks, many amenities and wonderful staff.

The room was spacious and the amenities were great. The sauna and hot tub were very nice. Breakfast was very tasty.

Hands down, this is the best love hotel I’ve ever been to, and I can promise you won’t be disappointed with your stay. Does that mean this hotel is perfect? No, of the four times I’ve stayed here, there was always one small inconvenience relating to one of the amenities, such as an amenity (karaoke tablet, bathtub tv, bathtub lights) not working as expected. That said, compared to other love hotels, the cleanliness, quality, amenities, food, and kind amazing staff cannot be topped! Very foreigner friendly. Even if you will only stay once, get the member card and enjoy free welcome drinks and a tasty affordable dinner delivered to your room. Tempura chicken plate is delicious! Udon, gyudon and curry are so good. The steak was not as impressive for the price. There is a family mart, sushiro, and bus stop minutes away if you need anything extra that they don’t offer here. So good! Nothing notable, minor issues such as the hot water surging in temperature sometimes, some karaoke tablets have old batteries. Don’t let these things deter you however, the staff is always willing to help.

It was the best shower and bath I have had in a long time and listening to Eurobeat while in the sauna was an interesting new experience, I will be back!

Hotel AgehA is the best love hotel I’ve yet to experience, despite some minor inconveniences. I highly recommend it. Amazing amenities, nice rooms, and incredible staff. Food is good too, and convenient. Location is a bit far from Okayama station, but there is a nearby bus stop. There are signs of age and lack of upkeep, like a bad battery on the karaoke tablet which dies quickly, and sometimes faulty shower doors or water temperature that fluctuates. Still, I always have an amazing time here despite that.

Lots of amenities and nice quality. Wonderful staff. Good food! A very relaxing place with amazing rooms. I recommend getting the membership card. There were a few small problems. The karaoke tablet needs a new battery, you can’t hardly use it because it dies after 10 minutes. The shower door was taped and slammed closed, and the drain in the shower was loose and dangerous. These are all minor problems, but they did impact our stay. Still, there are far more good qualities of the hotel than bad.

Excellent large room with everything working well. Comfortable bed. Good in-room breakfast included in my rate. 20 minute bus-ride from downtown. Boring neighbourhood. Zero English spoken. Heavy commercial sex theme in the hotel, with toys and costumes available and loads of porn available for purchase (I assume) on the TV. Didn't see any sex workers around ... actually, there seems to be a minimum of staff, with automatic in-room accommodation payment.

The stay was great! The property highly exceed my expectations. The bathroom was big and well equipped, the bed was big and comfortable, the whole room had a nice theme to it and it was an overall pleasant experience :) Me and my partner had a few issues with the wifi. The location is also far from the city centre, about 25 mins bus ride, and the last bus is around 10/11pm, which means if you're planning on going on, you better prepare a taxi back!

We were remotely locked in our room by staff until we paid for the room at the machine in room (I paid in advance online, so this was a duplicate bill).

Wonderful amenities! Very cool atmosphere and wonderful staff. I felt like I was at a spa, the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good! I had so much fun doing karaoke. The food was not as good as advertised in the menu. But it was very convenient and served well by the staff. The TV and lights in the bathtub did not work, which was disappointing.

Its a love hotel so it had spacious room and bathroom. Big and comfortable bed. Bonus private sauna and massage chair! The bathroom had spots of mildew/mold not cleaned. Not that accessible so I won't book here if you don't have a car to go around but if you do, it's worth it since they have free parking.

Jakuzzi, sauna, spaciois room and bathroom, massage chair and suplements. no window and fresh air.
